Yesterday we posted about the importance of the OKJ FIA Academy Trophy. You can read about it here.
Ntiyiso Mabunda, a young and talented kart racer from South Africa, is set to represent his country in the upcoming FIA Karting Academy. The FIA Karting Academy is an international program aimed at identifying and nurturing young racing talent from around the world.
Mabunda who races with Squadra Corse in the ROK cup is a rising star in the world of kart racing, having made a name for himself on the South African circuit with his impressive speed and driving skills. He has consistently shown that he has what it takes to compete at the highest level and is now set to take on the world stage in the FIA Karting Academy. Mabunda finished in 2nd place of the ROK OKJ National Class, but as the winner KC Ensor Smith was too old to utilize the ticket it was passed to Mabunda.
Mabunda will be joining a talented group of young drivers from around the world, all with a common goal of taking their racing careers to the next level. For Mabunda, this is just the beginning of what promises to be an exciting and successful career in motorsports. He has already proven that he has what it takes to compete with the best, and with the support of the FIA Karting Academy, he is sure to reach even greater heights in the years to come.
Ntiyiso Mabunda's selection to represent South Africa in the FIA Karting Academy is a proud moment for the country and for the sport of kart racing. He is a true talent and a young driver to watch in the years to come.
From everyone here at FTW Motorsport and the ROK cup we wish you the best of luck, make us proud!
