Refund policy
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Non-Refundable Deposit
Buyer acknowledges that the Deposit is non-refundable in all circumstances, including but not limited to if Buyer decides s/he does not want or is no longer able to take the product. Upon receipt of the Deposit, FTW agrees to hold the product for Buyer until it has arrived in stock in South Africa
