2027 Kosmic Mercury TS Chassis

The 2027 Kosmic Mercury TS builds on a championship-winning heritage with refined handling, upgraded braking and easier adjustment. Designed and manufactured entirely in Italy by OTK Kart Group, its 30 mm tubular chassis combines proven racing performance with updates developed for a wide range of track conditions.

• Updated steering components: New HFT stub axles for Direct Drive and HFZ stub axles for Shifter models improve front-end feedback and handling.

• Upgraded braking: New 180 mm floating brake disc delivers greater braking efficiency, consistent performance and reduced brake pad wear.

• Simplified Shifter adjustment: New chain tensioner makes chain adjustment and engine positioning easier.

• Proven aerodynamics: M11 front fairings and M10 side pods, developed using CFD, wind tunnel and track testing.

• Adjustable driving position: Fully adjustable pedals, an angled steering wheel hub and a high-grip HGS steering wheel.

• Fresh 2027 graphics: Updated styling retains Kosmic’s distinctive colours and identity.
