LN Racing Kart's top of the range chassis, the LN Four, features 30mm diameter chassis tubing and is available in single-speed, shifter, DD2 and Mini versions.
The partnership between OTK Kart Group and Lando Norris, driver of the McLaren Formula 1 team, is the story of a circle that closes. The successes in the world of karting of the young British talent (above all the CIK-FIA Karting World Championship in KF - the current OK) are in fact all linked to OTK products. The new chassis range has been created with the aim of inspiring and motivating a new generation of young and talented drivers. And to do so, the LN Racing Karts keep faith with the company mission... "Designed, Engineered, Manufactured, 100% Made in OTK - Italy". The rigorous control of the entire design and production chain, thanks also to the use of automated processes that guarantee extremely high-quality standards, has always been the distinctive element of the Italian company.
OTK Kart Group's R&D department is a pioneer in the aerodynamic research and development of its karts through wind tunnel analysis and CFD computer simulation. This relentless research has led to the launch of revolutionary solutions in the field of fairings such as the M7 Nassau panel, with its innovative design and ability to reduce aerodynamic resistance, resulting in increased performance. The M7 nassau panel is complemented by the new M10 bodywork kit. The sidepods are lighter in weight and smaller in size, to improve overall performance and provide better cooling of the rear tyres. The front nosecone and rear protection have also been improved to meet the increasingly demanding requirements in terms of FIA safety regulations.
The LN Four is fitted with the BSD braking system. The one-piece forged rear brake caliper is equipped with a stroke recovery system and features two 34.5 mm diameter pistons. This is combined with a two-piston pump and a stainless steel braided brake line. The caliper and brake pump are made of Ergal, a material that stands out for its excellent mechanical strength, which is further increased by the hard oxidation process that reduces wear on the moving parts.
The LN Four KZ (shifter) models feature a new braking system known as BSZ, which includes brake pumps with larger diameter pistons that make the braking even more modular. The DD2 version features the BSS system.
Driver comfort is fundamental for the performance of every racer. The standard footrest allows a greater range of adjustment in addition to new seat supports. The HGS steering wheel, equipped with high grip and comfort rubber grips, and the inclined steering hub make for a fully ergonomic driving position.
