Fanatec Esports: Let's get ready to race | FTW Motorsport

Practice and qualifying is run and done and next up for the 50+ Fanatec Esports competitors is the all-important opening races of the FIA Motorsport Games.

This morning competitors completed their final practice runs to fine tune their race set-ups aboard their Assetto Corsa virtual machines before today's Quarter Finals. The top 10 from the three quarter finals will advance to the semi-finals with the remaining taking part in the Last Chance races this afternoon.

There were familiar faces at the top of the timesheets in the three morning sessions.

Team Netherland's Chris Harteveld topped the times this morning with a time of 1:53.5450 in session two. Session one was topped by Team Brazil's Igor Rodrigues and Team UK's James Baldwin topped the final group.
